TriMed for Hospitals Practices

ExaoHST offers a Hospital Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record solution (TriMed EMR) for practices and smaller hospitals that enables management of administrative, financial and clinical patient information and optimally deals with the business aspects of the Hospital Practice.

In the TriMed EMR, patient registrations become electronic medical records (EMR), and the diagnosis recorded as part of the EMR in turn, becomes a professionally coded bill for cash payments, corporate accounts or insurance claims. All of these functionalities are integrated into one product suite, covering all aspects of the Hospital Practice, driven by each practice’s unique requirements.

With the TriMed EMR, Hospital Practice management and owners have real-time (as-it-happens) access to accurate information that allows for efficacy in deciding on operational, management and strategic imperatives.

ExaroHST offers TriMED EMR as a Cloud based solution which eliminates the need for purchasing expensive Server and Storage hardware, and also eliminates the expenses associated with maintaining a computer room, and also eliminates the need for providing redundancy, high-availability and backups. All of this is taken care of by ExaroHST. The Hospital Practice only needs to invest in client-side hardware, PC’s, Laptops and Printers.

Subscription Fee

ExaroHST offers twelve (12) month subscription contracts with a subscription fee consisting of two components:

  • A fixed fee for the practice per month; and
  • A fixed fee per named user per month.

The subscription fee includes:

  • Guaranteed 98.5% availability;
  • Access to data from anywhere (office, home, etc.);
  • Custom implementation of the solution for the practice and training of the users;
  • Maintenance, support and updates of the software (including access to all development for customers in Nigeria and the rest of Africa);
  • Support and maintenance in compliance with agreed service levels; and
  • Advice on hardware, local area networks and internet access.
