HST Systems Background

In 1999 HST was awarded the contract to supply an integrated Hospital Information System for the Provincial Government of the Western Cape in South Africa.

Currently the system is implemented in more than 40 hospitals in the Western Cape including Academic, Tertiary, District and Regional institutions. HST provide the centralised operation platform for the system in accordance with the highest service levels.

The contract include the JAC Pharmacy System and this roll-out was started in 2007 at three Academic Hospitals and is currenrly operating in more than 80 hospitals and primary healthcare clinics.

TriMed for Hospitals and Clinics
