A few of the projects implemented and operated by Exaro include:

• National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) since 2005, including the registration of the first 1.2 million beneficiaries, development, support and maintenance of the ICT platform for the Formal Sector and Voluntary Contributor Schemes and hosting of all online web services since 2011.
• Technical support for the Public Private Partnership agreement with Federal Minister of Interior for the management, issuance and verification of the Nigerian e-Passport operated by Nigeria Immigration Service.
• Extended relationship with Independendent National Electoral Commission (INEC), including the compilation of the 1st electronic voter register (2003) and subsequent  registration, database managent and associated projects.
